Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision (ICD-10), aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Be in a stable phase, i.e., scores of <= 3 on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale items for delusions, conceptual disorganization, hallucinations, and suspiciousness/persecution, with a basically stable type and dosage of therapeutic medications; 3. Be able to understand and answer questions; the participant or their family members agree to take part in this survey and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment, with a score of <20 on the Mini-Mental State Examination; 2. Individuals with alcohol or substance dependence, those with severe physical comorbidities, severe visual or auditory impairment, limb movement disorders, or exercise intolerance; 3. Poor cardiopulmonary function; accompanied by severe symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or mania.
