60 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing flexible bronchoscopy 2. Age 60–75 years; 3. Patients agree to and accept nerve block; 4. Preoperative hypertension (blood pressure maintained at 130–160 mmHg); 5. ASA class II–III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious wounds on the neck 2. Significant coagulation dysfunction 3. Allergy to local anesthetics 4. Those with upper respiratory tract infections, chronic pharyngitis, or sore throat 5. Individuals with oral anatomical abnormalities 6. Hoarseness before examination 7. Patients with dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys 8. Patients with secondary hypertension 9. Patients with cognitive impairment 10. Alcoholics or drug users, patients with epilepsy or mental illness
