Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia; 2.Aged 18–75 years; 3.ASA class II–III; 4.BMI 18.5–30 kg/m^2; 5.Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal ear anatomy structure affects the users of the instrument. 2. There are damages, redness, swelling, or infections on the skin at the area where the percutaneous electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve is applied. 3. Individuals with implanted metal devices in the body (such as implanted cardiac pacemakers, implantable vagus nerve stimulation devices, etc.) 4. Preoperative presence of arrhythmia (bradycardia (HR = 178 µmol/L; cardiac function NYHA grade 3-4; LVEF < 40%; pulmonary dysfunction PaO2 < 60 mmHg) 8. History of surgery in the last 3 months. 9. Has participated in other clinical studies.
