Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's patients who meet the MDS2015 diagnostic criteria for primary Parkinson's disease, are at Hoehn-Yahr stages 1 to 4, and have no severe cognitive impairment (MoCA > 10); 2. Aged 18-80; 3. Medication is stable and will not be adjusted in the next 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary Parkinsonism, Parkinson's plus syndrome, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney failure of vital organs, stroke-induced hemiplegia, severe hearing and vision abnormalities, severe mental and psychological problems such as anxiety and depression, and severe bone, joint or muscle lesions;
