Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-75 years old; 2. Diagnosed with atrial fibrillation through 12 lead electrocardiogram or dynamic electrocardiogram (according to the 2020 ESC guidelines for atrial fibrillation), and with a disease course of >= 6 months; 3. Proposed catheter ablation therapy; 4. Sign a written informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transesophageal ultrasound or cardiac CT confirms the presence of left atrial thrombus; 2. Severe heart valve disease; 3. Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism; 4. Acute coronary syndrome has occurred within the past 3 months; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. History of recurrent arrhythmia intervention; 7. And other situations where the researchers determine that the subjects are not suitable to participate in this study.
