Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physician participants: 1.Medical practitioner (physician) with a valid medical license; 2.Willingness to participate and provision of written informed consent. Novice: 1.Maximum two previous fLMA management experience. Expert: 1.Physicians who have more than 5 years of anesthesia experience and have completed more than 300 cases of flexible laryngeal mask airway placement; Patient participants 1.Adults aged 18–65 years; 2.ASA physical status I–II; 3.Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring fLMA; 4.Provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physician participants 1.History of motor skill disorders (e.g., tremor) affecting manual operation. Patient participants 1.Predicted difficult airway; 2.BMI > 28 kg/m^2; 3.Other anatomical or pathological factors that affect the safe use of the laryngeal mask airway (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux).
