Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Knee replacement group: (1) Age 40-80 years old; (2) Patients who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty due to OA; (3) The operation process was strictly in accordance with the guidelines; (4) Complete preoperative baseline and follow-up data at 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery. Healthy controls: (1) Age 40-80 years old; (2) No history of knee pain (KOOS pain score >90, VAS pain score <2/10); (3) The range of motion of the knee joint was normal, without biomechanical abnormalities of the lower limbs, and the neuromuscular function was normal. (4) The collected data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Knee replacement group: (1) complicated with other serious injuries of the lower limbs, such as collateral ligament injury, fracture or other injuries requiring surgical intervention; (2) patients with a history of hip or knee surgery; (3) patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic, nervous system, lumbar spine and other serious diseases. Healthy controls: Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic, nervous system, lumbar spine and other serious diseases.
