Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathology confirmed pancreatic cancer. 2. The CT examination was completed before the operation. 3. The postoperative pathological report includes the status of lymph node metastasis. 4. The clinical data are complete (age, gender, tumor markers, surgical records, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received neoadjuvant treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy before the operation; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. The quality of the image data is substandard (such as severe artifacts, inconsistent scanning parameters); 4. Key information is missing in the clinical data
