Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged > 18 years old, with ASA physical status grade ?–? and body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 30 kg/m². 2. Surgical types include thoracotomy or video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) such as lobectomy, segmentectomy, mediastinal tumor resection, radical esophagectomy, etc. The duration of surgery is = 2 hours. 3. Patients and their family members have understood the study protocol and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypersensitivity to the drugs involved in this study will be excluded. 2. Patients with dysfunction of major organs such as cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal functions will be excluded. 3. Patients with neurological diseases, mental disorders, those who are pregnant or lactating, and those who have participated in other clinical trials recently (within 1 month) will be excluded.
