Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged in the kindergarten small class (3-4 years old) with no abnormal growth and development; 2. Normal physical and intellectual development, good self-awareness, and the ability to consciously cooperate with various inspection work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with acute infectious diseases; 2. Children who obviously wear orthodontic appliances, which interfere with the examination of observation indicators; 3. Children diagnosed with hereditary metabolic diseases; 4. Children who are seriously unable to cooperate with the examination; 5. Others: Cases that the researchers consider unsuitable for enrolment.
