Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase One (1) Third-year undergraduate nursing students enrolled in the Class of 2022 at the School of Nursing, Southern Medical University; (2) Having provided informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study; Phase Two (1) Third-year undergraduate nursing students enrolled in the Class of 2023 at the School of Nursing, Southern Medical University; (2) Having provided informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase One (1) Students who have taken leave of absence or withdrawn from studies, with cumulative leave exceeding one month or who have been unable to attend the entire course; (2) Students with mental or psychological disorders who are currently taking psychiatric medication. Phase Two (1) Nursing students who have completed the LbC curriculum; (2) Students who have taken leave of absence or withdrawn from the program, with a cumulative leave period exceeding one month, or who have been unable to attend the entire course; (3) Students with mental or psychological disorders who are currently taking medication for such conditions.
