Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Group (1) Age: >= 18 years; (2) Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) score = 18 years; (2) Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) score >= 22, with no non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behaviors; (3) Signed informed consent. Emotional Distress with NSSI Group (1) Age: >= 18 years; (2) Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) score >= 22, with at least one lifetime non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior or impulses toward NSSI in the past month; (3) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of attempted suicide within the past one month; 2. Current substance abuse or dependence within the past one month; 3. Currently participating in other concurrent research protocols.
