Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCI group: Must meet at least one of the following three criteria: 1. Scores on two neuropsychological assessments in at least one cognitive domain (memory, language, or executive function) are both below 1.0 standard deviation (SD); 2. Scores on one neuropsychological assessment in each of the three cognitive domains (memory, language, and executive function) are below 1.0 SD; 3. The score of the functional evaluation questionnaire (FAQ) is >= 9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia established by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke and the Association Internationale pour la Recherche et l'Enseignement en Neurosciences (NINDS-AIREN); 2. Modified Hachinski Ischemia Scale score > 4; 3. Unable to cooperate with cognitive function examinations (including blindness, deafness, severe language disorders, etc.); 4. History of drug or alcohol dependence within the past 6 months; 5. Currently participating in other clinical studies; 6. Comorbid with diabetes or severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or mental disorders; 7. Age greater than 80 years or less than 55 years; 8. Non-right-handedness, verified using the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory; 9. Geriatric Depression Scale score >= 6; 10. Use of cognitive-enhancing medications or psychoactive substances.
