Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a valid People's Republic of China nurse practice qualification certificate; 2.Voluntarily participate in this study, have fully understood the research content, process, and potential benefits and risks, and have signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have previously had independent work experience in the ICU (or similar critical care department); 2.Before the study began, those who had already received systematic advanced life support training such as ACLS/APLS and obtained certification; 3.During the research period, those who are unable to complete all training courses or follow-up assessments due to rotation, leave, resignation, or other reasons.
