Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The elderly patient underwent unilateral THA for the first time, and the postoperative vital signs remained stable. 2.Individuals with kinesiophobia assessed using the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK) 24 hours after THA surgery were classified as having kinesiophobia (TSK >37 points). 3.Age >=65 years. 4.The patient is conscious, mentally stable, and capable of effective communication. 5.Voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cognitive or conscious impairment. 2.Significant restriction of lower extremity mobility. 3.It is impossible to conduct normal communication.
