Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult male; 2. Receive ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy or other ultrasound examination; 3. Targeted lesion can be visualized on ultrasound and data can be saved completely; 4. The biopsy pathology indicates the prostate cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy specimens of prostate masses cannot be accurately localized; 2. Poor or incomplete ultrasound images; 3. The pathology diagnosis is unclear; 4. Previous surgery, local therapy (ablation), or systemic systemic therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunization, or targeted therapy).
