Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old at the time of surgery. 2. A unilateral extra-articular displaced closed tibial shaft fracture. 3. Sign the informed consent form(ICF). 4. Undergo surgery within 15 days of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The surgical records are incomplete or lack documentation of the reduction technique. 2. Cannot participate in rehabilitation and follow-up. 3.The fracture line extends into the adjacent joint surface. 4. The fracture is pathological, open, or associated with neurovascular injury.
