Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 22 to 80 years, undergoing their first unilateral joint replacement surgery; 2. Normal coagulation function before surgery; 3. No lower limb vascular disease or venous thrombosis before surgery; 4. Normal liver and kidney function or Child-Pugh class A; 5. No contraindications to anticoagulant drugs; 6. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, cardiovascular embolism, severe tumors, infections, or active tuberculosis; 2. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation, abnormal liver function (Child-Pugh class B or C), or end-stage renal disease (glomerular filtration rate <15 ml/min); 3. Patients allergic to enoxaparin sodium or with coagulation disorders; 4. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy for other diseases; 5. Patients diagnosed with lower limb deep vein thrombosis before surgery.
