Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2. First-time living donor liver transplantation; 3. Informed consent obtained from patients willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing extrahepatic organ failure; 2. Congenital heart disease or other severe malformations; 3. Preoperative renal impairment or requirement for renal replacement therapy (RRT); 4. Long-term preoperative use of medications with known nephrotoxicity.
