Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 50 years; 2.History of at least one severe ankle sprain, with the initial injury occurring more than 12 months prior to enrollment; 3.At least one episode of noticeable "giving way" or sprain due to ankle instability within the past year; 4.Recurrent "giving way" or instability symptoms in the ankle; 5.Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score =3 months, with a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score >=3; 7.Ability to understand and cooperate in completing all experimental-related assessments and treatments; 8.Voluntary participation and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of ankle fractures or other foot and ankle conditions affecting diagnosis; 2.Neurological disorders such as stroke and Parkinson's disease; 3.Severe injuries to the ipsilateral knee joint or other musculoskeletal system diseases; 4.Previous systematic PNE?CMDT or ankle joint systematic rehabilitation; 5.Cognitive impairment or severe mental and psychological disorders; 6.Pregnancy or other conditions unsuitable for participation in this experiment.
