Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Pregnant Women: 1. Diagnosed with a singleton intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age = 18 years; 3. Plan to complete regular prenatal check-ups and delivery at the cooperating hospital designated by this study; 4. Possess basic reading and comprehension abilities to complete questionnaires; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form. Inclusion Criteria for Obstetricians: Obstetricians who are currently employed at each study center, have outpatient schedules, independently manage pregnant women, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, polycystic ovary syndrome, chronic hypertension, or other diseases that seriously affect metabolism or nutritional status before pregnancy; 2. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 3. Current pregnancy is a multiple pregnancy; 4. Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials that may affect the main outcomes of this study; 5. History of mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the study.
