Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as unilateral primary complete ACL rupture by MRI and clinical examination. 2. Patients underwent primary anatomical single-bundle or double-bundle ACLR with autologous hamstring tendon or bone-tendon-bone graft. 3. Age 18-45 years old. 4. Complete preoperative and postoperative neuromuscular biomechanical evaluation data at 3, 6, and 12 months were available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral ACL injury or a history of major injury to the contralateral knee. 2.Posterolateral complex injury or multiple ligament injury requiring surgical intervention (grade III). 3.Neurological diseases or severe osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade >= III) that affect functional assessment.
