Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. 2.Elderly patients aged >=65 years 3.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score was grade II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment or a previous history of cognitive impairment, dementia, and delirium; (2) Participating in other clinical research within one year; (4) Refusing to participate in the study; (5) Patients who withdraw or die due to non-cooperation or sudden circumstances;.
