18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–65 years; 2. Both sexes; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5–30 kg/m²; 4. ASA physical status classification I–III; 5. Patients scheduled for shoulder arthroscopy. 6. Ability to understand the study protocol and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficult airway; 2. Patients with congenital or acquired upper airway abnormalities; 3. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea; 4. Patients with cervical spine disease; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; 6. Patients who have undergone previous nasopharyngeal surgery.
