Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Patients who have been treated for HIV-1 for 2 years or more and are on ART. 3. Non-nucleoside regimens such as 2 NRTIs + EFV/NVP, or protease inhibitors like 2 NRTIs + LPV/r 4. The latest HIV viral load is >= 50 copies/ml 5. Patients who have switched treatment regimens due to intolerance/drug resistance recently 6. Patients who are willing and able to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having organic mental disorders 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Due to treatment of comorbidities, there are DDIs between the current treatment plan and the ART regimen (such as patients with tuberculosis, etc.) 4. Those with poor compliance 5. Patients with malignant tumors or severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, coagulation, or autoimmune diseases 6. Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for the trial by the researchers
