Interventions

Traditional Complex Training Group:Adopt a contrastive training mode.
Ballistic Complex Training Group:Carry out ballistic training and match the total training volume.
Traditional Heavy Resistance Group:Only perform high-load resistance exercises, and the total number of sets is matched with that of group A in the CT group.
Pure Ballistic Training Group:Only perform light-load/no-load ballistic explosive movements, and the total number of repetitions matches that of action B in the CT group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. National-level or higher athletes (addressing the pain point mentioned in the summary that there are a lack of high-level athletes); 2. With at least 2 years of systematic strength training experience; 3. Capable of proficiently and standardly performing heavy-weight squats and various enhancing jumping movements; 4. The 1RM barbell back squat of the subject needs to be >= 1.5 times the subject's own body weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There has been a severe injury to the lower limbs (such as fractures, muscle tears, or ligament damage) within the past six months. 2. During the experiment, one was also involved in other conflicting physical training programs.
