Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients, ASA physical status ?-?, aged =65 years, with a body mass index of 18-30 kg/m², scheduled for etomidate-induced general anesthesia with a laryngeal mask airway.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in this study. 2.Inability to cooperate or communicate in Chinese. 3.Participation in other clinical studies. 4.Currently taking any analgesic medication. 5.History of opioid abuse. 6.Comorbidities involving the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, or other major organs. 7.Contraindications to laryngeal mask airway insertion, such as a full stomach, facial deformity, or limited mouth opening. 8.Hemodynamic instability, such as hypertension or tachycardia.
