35 Years to 69 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 35~69 years, community-dwelling patients with COPD (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 0.7). 2.No history of acute exacerbation within the past 6 months and no COPD-related hospitalization within the past 3 months. 3.Able to communicate in Mandarin or the local language. 4.No severe mental disorders or speech impairments. 5.Willing to participate in the study and provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe comorbidities or being in the active phase of an infectious disease (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension). 2.Severe hearing or visual impairment. 3.Bedridden status or inability to independently perform basic activities of daily living. 4.End-stage of other diseases. 5.Participation in pulmonary rehabilitation or other interventional studies within the past 6 months. 6.History of acute coronary syndrome within the past 30 days, including unstable angina or myocardial infarction.
