Interventions

A group:Drink one box of 100% apple juice 30 minutes before meals, with a 4-day interval between tests, and drink one box of 100% apple juice with a standard breakfast.
B group:Drink one box of 100% apple juice with a standard breakfast, with a 4-day interval between tests, and drink one box of 100% apple juice 30 minutes before a meal.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-45 years; 2.No history of food allergies; 3.Able to tolerate fasting for at least 10 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Special populations, such as pregnant women, lactating mothers, and patients with cancer; 2.Individuals with abnormal liver or kidney function test results during physical examination; 3.Those with gastrointestinal diseases (including non-organic disorders); 4.History of food allergies; 5.Persons engaged in heavy physical activity or with chronic sleep deprivation; 6.History of diabetes or known genetic syndromes/diseases affecting glucose tolerance (e.g., glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.); 7.Use of medications known to affect glucose tolerance within the past 30 days (e.g., thiazide diuretics, glucocorticoids, spironolactone, etc.); 8.Use of drugs affecting appetite or gastrointestinal function in the past 3 months; 9.Smokers; 10.Individuals unable to tolerate 10-hour fasting.
