Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ethics Committee approval; 2.Department of Hematology by peripheral venous indwelling needle for intravenous treatment of hospitalized patients; 3.According to the phlebitis scale, the patient developed peripheral venous indwelling needle-related phlebitis. 4.The patients agreed to participate in this study and signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with platelet count < 20×10^9 / L and bleeding tendency are contraindications to ultraviolet irradiation. 2.Patients with skin ultraviolet and povidone iodine ointment allergy;
