Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients transported by China's emergency medical service (known as the "120" service);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not go to the designated research hospital to which the ambulance was dispatched after being received by 120; 2. Cases where basic identity information or key clinical data cannot be obtained;
