Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years, gender unrestricted 2. Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) stage 0-B 3. Child-Pugh class A-B 4. ECOG performance status grade 0 or 1 5. Pathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) post-surgery 6. At T0 (4 weeks post-surgery), patient must be alive with no endpoint events occurred

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received anti-tumor therapy before surgery (TACE, Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy or systemic therapy); 2. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 3. Mixed hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma on pathology, or with uncertain pathological diagnosis; 4. Patients lacking complete follow-up data 5). Non-curative resection (tumor-positive resection margin or palliative surgery)
