Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for CSDH, with CT or MR showing crescent-shaped or semilunar hematoma on the brain surface; 3. Received conventional treatment including medication (such as atorvastatin) or combined burr hole puncture drainage surgery; 4. DECT imaging was performed within one week before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute subdural hematoma, allergy to iodinated contrast agents, severe mental illness, hepatic or renal dysfunction, and those with contraindications to puncture drainage surgery.
