18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18-75 years old, male or female not limited; (2) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of heart failure in China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024. (3) Basic language expression and communication skills. (4) Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The case of the research object falls off or the clinical data is incomplete. (2) Previous medical history showed that the patient had cognitive dysfunction diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and severe mental disorder, and the patient or his family complained that the patient had cognitive decline before the illness. (3) Patients suffering from serious physical diseases, such as heart, liver and kidney diseases, lung and blood diseases, which may lead to physical weakness. (4) patients who were transferred out or discharged from hospital less than 24 hours after admission and died. (5) Patients who are unable to cooperate with the investigation under other circumstances.
