20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of cervical spondylosis (myelopathy or radiculopathy); 2. Patients scheduled for elective cervical spine surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Age between 20 and 70 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Cervical spine immobilization; 3. Presence of oropharyngeal masses or prior surgery; 4. Refusal to sign informed consent.
