Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Diagnosed with Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS); 3.Time from stroke onset to enrollment <= 7 days; 4.Signed informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unable to undergo effective consultation, such as those with dementia, severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, or other conditions; 2.Patients with a history of headaches caused by intracranial hemorrhage, tumors, or other non-ischemic organic lesions; 3.Patients who refuse to participate in the registry investigation.
