18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Common criteria: age 18-80; 2. Common criteria: Patient signs informed consent; 3. PDAC with diabetes Group: Pancreatic mass, clinically suspected pancreatic cancer; 4. PDAC with diabetes Group: At least one fasting blood glucose >6.1 mmol/L or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose >7.8 mmol/L; 5. PDAC with diabetes Group: At least one fasting or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose measurement in the previous 2-5 years that proves no diagnosis of diabetes 2 years ago; 6. Type 2 diabetes Group: Diagnosing type 2 diabetes; 7. Type 2 diabetes Group: Clinical evaluation indicates that insulin therapy is not currently required, and treatment is limited to diet control or the use of no more than one oral hypoglycemic agent. 8. Type 2 diabetes Group: Undiagnosed diabetes complications and able to complete an oral glucose tolerance test after clinical assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic reaction to the glucose meter dressing; 2. Unable to wear or unable to obtain valid blood sugar test results; 3. Pancreatic cancer Group: Postoperative pathology ruled out pancreatic cancer; 4. Type 2 Diabetes Group: Acute complications such as ketoacidosis or hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state occur during wear, or changes in diabetes treatment drugs are needed due to changes in the condition during wear.
