Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age>=18 years old; 2.non-traumatic cardiac arrest; 3.initial shockable rhythm; 4.agree to cardiopulmonary resuscitation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.duration of pregnancy; 2.severe respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and interstitial lung disease in the past; 3.end-stage diseases with severe survival limits; 4.pulmonary embolism;

The electrocardiogram rhythm after another round of cardiopulmonary resuscitation following defibrillation;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The rate of self-circulation recovery (ROSC);28-day mortality rate;The electrocardiogram rhythm identified by AED analysis within 5 seconds after defibrillation;
