Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered and holding a valid "Nurse Practitioner Certificate"; 2. Currently working/undergoing standardized training/rotating in the ICU; 3. Engaged in front-line clinical nursing work; 4. Having experience with patient deaths in clinical work; 5. Have not participated in death education-related training or used similar HTH cards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are absent from work for more than 3 months due to going out for study, taking leave, etc. during the research period; 2. Those who are participating in other death-related training; 3. Personnel who do not directly provide care to patients, such as managers and/or clerical staff; 4. Those with severe diseases, mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 5. Those who are unwilling to participate in this research.
