Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged 18 years and above) 2. Scheduled for elective isolated OPCABG surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hybrid surgery including percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) at the same time; 2. Patients undergoing other major cardiac surgeries simultaneously, such as heart valve replacement/repair, ventricular aneurysm resection, aortic surgery, etc. 3. Patients who experienced cardiac arrest before the operation and underwent resuscitation; 4. Cases with severe lack or inability to obtain the core variables necessary for model construction; 5. Cases whose medical records cannot clearly determine whether they underwent conversion to cardiopulmonary bypass.
