Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 80 years old 2. ASA classification: I - III grade 3. Patients scheduled for elective general anesthesia hip and knee joint replacement surgery 4. Voluntary participants who have signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe diseases (including severe heart, lung, liver, kidney or endocrine-related diseases) 2. Patients with hearing impairment or unable to communicate verbally 3. Individuals with known chronic pain, preoperative or long-term use of painkillers 4. Those with cognitive impairments, a history of drug or alcohol abuse, or mental disorders 5. Individuals who are unable to participate in the study for any reason
