Control group:No vaccine health education based on the 3Cs model and no "vaccine health prescriptions" will be issued.
Intervention group:Conduct vaccine health education for patients based on the 3Cs model and issue "vaccine health prescriptions".

39 Years to 92 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients visiting the respiratory department, aged =18 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for COPD: FEV1/FVC < 0.7 after inhalation of bronchodilators in pulmonary function tests, and excluding other diseases that can cause similar symptoms and changes in pulmonary function; 2.Permanent residents of Guiyang City (referring to both registered and non-registered residents who have resided for more than half a year); 3.Meet the indications for influenza vaccination and/or PPV23 vaccination; 4.Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to vaccination; 2.Patients who are unable to complete the questionnaire or refuse to participate in the study; 3.Patients who received the influenza vaccine in 2025 and the pneumococcal vaccine during the period from 2021 to 2025.
