Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45 years old; 2.Residence time in this community is >= year; 3. Have good listening, speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills, and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not suitable to participate in the study due to severe physical illness or poor health status; 2. Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Lack of appropriate communication skills, unable to provide accurate and clear information.
