Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=60 years, of either sex; 2.patients who meet the criteria for general anesthesia and require invasive blood pressure monitoring via radial artery catheterization; 3.patients who provide voluntary informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients with poor compliance who cannot complete preoperative evaluation; 3. Patients scheduled for awake fiberoptic bronchoscope intubation; 4. Severe heart failure (NYHA class IV), recent myocardial infarction (within 6 months), or history of severe aortic or mitral valve disease; 5. Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <30 ml/min/1.73m^2.
