Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for malignant tumors: (1) Age: between 30 and 80 years old. (2) Pathologically diagnosed with malignant tumor. Patients pathologically diagnosed with one of the following cancers: breast cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, or pancreatic cancer. 2. Inclusion criteria for benign diseases: (1) Age: between 30 and 80 years old. (2 )Pathologically diagnosed with benign disease. Patients pathologically diagnosed with one of the following: breast nodules, lung nodules, benign liver lesions, or liver cirrhosis. 3. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) Age: between 30 and 80 years old. (2) After routine screening assessment, subjects are determined to be in a healthy state (no significant abnormalities in blood routine, tumor markers; normal results for HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis tests; for esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer: no significant abnormalities found in gastroscopy or colonoscopy; for breast cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer: no significant abnormalities found in imaging examination).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for malignant tumors: (1) Concurrent presence of any other form of tumor. (2) Undergoing any form of treatment (surgery, medication, chemotherapy, radiotherapy). (3) Presence of autoimmune diseases. (4) Co-infection with HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis, or other infectious diseases. 2. Exclusion criteria for benign diseases: (1) Presence of any form of malignant tumor. (2) Undergoing any form of treatment. (3) Presence of autoimmune diseases. (4) Co-infection with HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis, or other infectious diseases. 3. Exclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) History of cancer or pre-cancerous lesions in personal medical history, or a first-degree relative (2) with a history of cancer or pre-cancerous lesions. (3) Suspected clinical symptoms or signs related to the studied disease. (4) Presence of autoimmune diseases.
