35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for cubital tunnel syndrome; (2) Classified as moderate or severe according to the Gu Yudong et al. grading criteria for cubital tunnel syndrome; (3) Imaging evidence of osteoarthritic changes in the elbow joint (joint space narrowing, osteophyte formation); (4) Normal cognitive function and ability to cooperate with follow-up; (5) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cubital tunnel syndrome complicated by a cyst or tumor; (2) Concurrent neurological disorders affecting outcome assessment, such as ulnar tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, severe cervical spondylosis, or severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy; (3) Previous cubital tunnel surgery on the contralateral side; (4) Post-traumatic deformity of the elbow joint; (5) Cognitive impairment; (6) Incomplete follow-up data or loss to follow-up.
