Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Continuous use of the app for at least 12 months; 4. At least one or more blood glucose (fasting or postprandial) and/or glycated hemoglobin records were recorded before (baseline) and after (follow-up) use of the app.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes; 2. The data is severely missing and cannot be effectively analyzed; 3. Pregnant or lactating women.
