Interventions

Esketamine group:After the fetus is delivered and the umbilical cord is cut, 0.25 mg.kg-1 esketamine is administered intravenously as a bolus (the total amount is prepared to 20ml)
control group:After the fetus is delivered and the umbilical cord is cut, 20ml of normal saline is administered by intravenous bolus injection.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those scheduled to undergo cesarean section under spinal anesthesia; 2. Those who clearly understand and voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with communication barriers; 2. Those with gestational hypertension or complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases; 3. History of hyperthyroidism; 4. Those with a history of drug abuse; 5. Those allergic to esketamine or with increased intracranial pressure, increased intraocular pressure, and increased intragastric pressure; 6. Those allergic to local anesthetics.
