Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0-14 years who plan to undergo elective general anesthesia surgery 2. Core temperature (anal temperature) of 36.5-37.5 ? within 24 hours before surgery (measured by calibrated equipment with an error of +/- 0.1 ?) 3. ASA grade I-II (no severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, BMI in the P5-P95 range of children of the same age and gender).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic and endocrine diseases: thyroid dysfunction (TSH exceeds +/- 20% of the age reference range), diabetes, adrenal cortical insufficiency, hypothalamic lesions, etc 2. Exclusion items related to body temperature: -Use NSAIDs, glucocorticoids, vasoactive drugs, and other medications that affect temperature regulation within 72 hours before surgery -There are signs of infection within 48 hours before surgery (CRP>10 mg/L or body temperature>37.5 ?/axillary temperature) 3. Organ dysfunction: -Heart function NYHA >= Grade II or left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)= B -Renal function eGFR<60 mL/min/1.73m ² 4. Special circumstances during the perioperative period: -Controlled hypothermia is required during surgery (such as cardiac surgery) -Due to surgical complications, a second surgery is required within 72 hours -Skin integrity damage diseases such as burns and ichthyosis exist
