Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed esophageal squamous carcinoma; 2. Receive standardized neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors combined with platinum-based doublet chemotherapy); 3. Has complete baseline and at least one post-treatment CT scan; 4. Possess postoperative pathology reports and follow-up records; 5. Sign the informed consent form; 6. Complete radical surgical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combine with other primary malignant tumors; 2. Treatment interrupted during neoadjuvant therapy due to disease progression or severe toxicity; 3. Imaging or pathological data is severely missing; 4. Follow-up period is less than 6 months with no definite death events.
